dc.description.abstractIn this paper the problem of passenger car suspensions are analysed. The vehicle's suspension affects the road safety, driver and passengers comfort. In article is presented different types of suspension and different semi-active suspension controls. At first it presents main information about passive, semi-active, active suspension types. Later this paper shows us four semi-active suspension controls: Skyhook, Groundhook, Sliding mode and Preview. Towards the end is presented comparison of semi-active suspension controls. Conclusions are presented at the end of paper.eng
