Nuotolinio mokymosi kurso „Specialybės kalbos kultūra“ bandomojo teikimo analizė

Abstract

Lietuvoje pradėjus reformuoti ir modernizuoti šalies švietimo sistemą, vis dažniau švietimo institucijose į mokymosi procesą diegiamos informacinės technologijos ir nuotolinis mokymas. Šių priemonių naudojimas leidžia padidinti studijų efektyvumą: reikia mažiau laiko užduotims atlikti, todėl atsiranda galimybė skirti daugiau ir įvairesnių užduočių, geriau prisitaikyti prie asmeninio studento mokymosi tempo. Gyvename naują valstybinės kalbos funkcionavimo etapą, todėl plačiau apibrėžiamas kalbos statusas, parengta ir pradėta įgyvendinti nemaža visiems aktualių kalbos vartojimo ir ugdymo programų. Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausybės 2003 metais patvirtintose Valstybinės kalbos politikos 2003–2008 metų gairėse pabrėžiama, kad kalba atspindi visuomenės kultūrą, pasaulėjautą, ji yra neatsiejama tautos dvasinės kultūros dalis, tautos tapatumo, jos išlikimo garantija, todėl šalies aukštosiose mokyklose būtina ne tik tobulinti kalbos dėstymą, bet ir stiprinti kalbinę kultūrinę savimonę, diegti modernesnių kalbos normų sklaidos būdų. „Specialybės kalbos kultūros“ kurso studijos yra įtrauktos į visų aukštųjų mokyklų studijų programas, taigi nuotolinis „Specialybės kalbos kultūros“ modulis, kaip vienas iš moderniausių kalbos mokymosi būdų, yra būtinas. Straipsnyje pristatoma nuotolinio mokymosi kurso „Specialybės kalbos kultūra“ mokymosi medžiaga, aptariami šio kurso mokymosi valdymo būdai, įvertinamos virtualios mokymosi aplinkos galimybės ir apibendrinami kurso bandomojo teikimo Vilniaus Gedimino technikos universitete ir Vilniaus kolegijoje rezultatai.

The new information technologies and the on-line teaching are being applied to the process of teaching and learning more and more oten since the beginning of the reformation of the education system of Lithuania. The use of these methods helps to increase the eiciency of studies: the less time is needed to fulill the tasks, thus there is an opportunity to provide with more of them and diferent, there is a possibility to adjust to the individual speciic needs of the learner. he present time is a new stage of Lithuanian as the oicial language, that is why the new status of language is deined, new programs and projects are prepared and being implemented. In the oicial documents concerning Lithuanian language it is being stressed that language relects the culture, attitude of mind, language is concurrent with spiritual part of the culture, language is the guarantee of the identity and survival of the nation – that is why it is necessary to improve the teaching of Lithuanian and to strengthen the self-awareness of language, to apply the modern ways of teaching language in universities and colleges of the Republic. The course is taught in all universities and colleges of Lithuania that is why the on-line course is necessary as one of the modern ways of teaching and learning language. The paper presents the materials of the on-line course, the ways of managing teaching and learning are discussed and the results of experimental teaching in Vilnius College in Higher Education and Vilnius Gediminas Technical University are presented.
