dc.description.abstractStraipsnyje remiantis žinomais rašytiniais šaltiniais aptariamas ekonomikos strateginis objektas – nacionalinis konkurencingumas. Tyrimo tikslas – išnagrinėti M. Porterio matricą, jos taikymą. Straipsnyje pateikiama optimizavimo uždavinio samprata, apžvelgiamas optimizavimo uždavinių pasiskirstymas į tam tikras grupes, atsižvelgiant į tikslo funkcijas ir apribojimų tipą, analizuojamas optimizacijos pritaikymas M. Porterio matricai. Aptariami svarbiausi momentai, lemiantys konkurencingos strategijos pasirinkimą: tai srities, kur įmonė vykdo savo veiklą, struktūra ir pozicija, vieta, kur veikia įmonė savo srities ribose.lit
dc.description.abstractThis article presents the analysis of strategic object - the competitiveness of national economy, based on known sources in shifts. The purpose of the research - to investigate M. Porter's matrix and it's practical using. The conception of optimization is presented as well as it's adaptation for M. Porter's matrix. The task is to devide the number of optimization exercises into a specific groups according the target function and type of limitations. The usage of optimisation in M. Porter's matrix is reviewed. Problems, having the major impact for the choice of Generic Competitive Strategies (ways of competing), are being discussed - where the company has to carry out it's activities and the location, which influences the company beyond the scope of it's activities.eng
