Šie procesai negali apsieiti be žmogiškųjų išteklių ir strateginių pokyčių. Per paskutinius du dešimtmečius mokslininkai daug dėmesio skyrė žmogiškųjų išteklių potencialui įvertinti, siekiant organizacijos tikslų. Įgyvendinant organizacijos tikslus yra būtinos investicijos, kurios leistų geriau atskleisti darbuotojų gebėjimus ir galimybes. Organizacijos strategija ir žmogiškojo kapitalo strategija turi sudaryti nedalomą visumą, nes žmogiškojo kapitalo potencialas lemia organizacijos klestėjimą. McKinsey 7S modelis leidžia sistemingai ir visapusiškai įvertinti svarbius organizacinius veiksnius, kurie apibūdina organizacijos veiklą. Jis gali būti sėkmingai taikomas, nes organizacija naudoja visas prieinamas žmogiškojo kapitalo priemones ir jas sėkmingai įgyvendina. | lit |
dc.description.abstract | Early human capital theories argued that human capital consists of human knowledge, skills and abilities aimed at increasing the volume of production and income. It embraces expenditure on education, skills acquisition, and medical services. People-oriented investment gives the country a certain amount of economic and social gains, improving life quality of individuals and increase in revenue. Transformation of economy to knowledge economy promotes interest in the organisation's human resources and the related potential. The organisation competitiveness and survival factor is the ability to adapt in the rapidly changing work environment. These processes cannot happen without a strategic action. In the last two decades, many scientists are discussing the potential impact of the people on the business objectives of the organisation. While implementation of the objectives of the organisation investments are necessary in order to fully reveal the skills and potential of the employees. The organisation's strategy and human capital strategy must constitute an indivisible wholistic constrct, since it is the people that directly determine the organisation's competitiveness and prosperity of the market. The McKinsey 7S model allows a systematic and comprehensive estimation of the important organisational factors that describe the organisation's performance. The McKinsey 7S model can be described as successful in all the respects, as the organisation applies and successfully implements all the available tools and insights. | eng |
