Aukštųjų technologijų sektorius ekonomikos internacionalizavimo sąlygomis: investiciniai fondai ir jų veikla

Abstract

Atlikus koreliacinės analizės tyrimą tarp investicinių fondų valdomo turto, lėšų, skiriamų inovacijų ir modernių technologijų sektoriui, ir pensijų fondų apimčių, nustatytas stiprus tiesioginės priklausomybės ryšys: kuo didesnė investicinių fondų ir pensijų fondų rinka Šalyje, tuo ir bendras lėšų srautas inovacijoms ir modernioms technologijoms didesnis. Lyderės inovacijų ir technologijų srityje turi stipriai išvystytas investicinių ir pensijų fondų sistemas. Lietuvos, Latvijos ir Estijos šalyse, kuriose mažos investicinių fondų ir pensijų fondų apimtys, nėra veikiama inovacijų ir moderniųjų technologijų sektoriaus plėtotė, todėl pateiktas pasiūlymas 15 % skirti inovacijų plėtrai.

The research of the USA stock market sector performance showed (10 years period), that having high prices of equities of companies in modern technology sectors helps to improve the amounts of investments. The correlation analysis of investment funds, pension funds assets and investment into innovation and modern technologies sectors was carried out. The data for mostly developed innovative countries were used. The results of the research showed, that really high correlation exists between assets in investment and pension funds and investment into innovative countries in the group of the leaders of innovations. It gives the presumption that highly developed investment funds and pension funds markets have the highest amount of investments into innovations and modern technologies. Baltic Countries (Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia) showed the really low correlation between assets in the investment and pension funds. This means that the market could use the capital for creation, development and implementation of modern technologies. It was proposed to use at least 15 percent of the investments in the sector of modern technologies and investments.
