dc.description.abstract | Straipsnyje nagrinėjama inovacijų komandos formavimo specifika, atsižvelgiant į tai, kad veikla inovacijų sferoje reikalauja didelio komandos kūrybinio potencionalo. Pateikiami metodiniai darbuotojų vertinimo siūlymai, sudarantys galimybę preliminariai numatyti jų vaidmenį komandos veikloje. Taip pat nagrinėjama vadovavimo inovacijų komandai specifika, įvertinamos sudarymos sąlygos, reikalingos darbuotojų kūrybiniams gebėjimams atsiskleisti ir jiems ugdyti. Pateikta inovacijų komandos elgsenos modifikavimo shema. | lit |
dc.description.abstract | Necessary conditions for teamwork development in innovation field are as follows: • the senior management and shareholders have to understand the meaning of re-conceptualisation and be psychologically ready to take actions fostering this process; • most managers have to reach the fifth level of moral development and be mentally ready to raise and defend new ideas; • the management has to evaluate the situation in organisation divisions and dominating value system, and select a proper way of presentation of creativity as a value, which would be acceptable to the employees, and means to support it; • the management has to create a feeling of contentment depending on the work results and be improved when applying principles of transformational leadership. | eng |
