Lietuvos teritorijos kartografavimo 1:10000 masteliu optimalios technologijos parinkimas

Abstract

Šiuo metu Lietuvoje sprendžiamas kartografavimo skaitmeniniu būdu 1:10 000 masteliu optimalios technologijos parinkimo klausimas. Jau, panaudojant stereodešifravimo metodą, pradėti kartografavimo darbai. Kartografuojant šiuo metodu, susidaro sunkumų dėl darbų spartos, nes turime tik tris brangias stereofotogrametrines darbo stotis SD-3000. Dėl finansinių sunkumų įsigyti daugiau šių stočių nėra galimybės. Norint paspartinti kartografavimo šiuo masteliu darbus numatome galimybę plėsti monodešifravimo metodą, tam naudojant nuskenuotus ortofotoplanus. Šio metodo tikslumas yra žemesnis nei stereodešifravimo, tačiau 1:10 000 keliamus reikalavimus atitinka. Stereodešifravimą tikslinga taikyti ten, kur sudėtingas reljefas ir užstatyta teritorija, o monodešifravimą - agrarinei teritorijai. Tam visą Lietuvos teritoriją reikia išskaidyti į zonas su skirtingomis susudėtingumo kategorijomis. Stereo ir monodešifravimo tikslumo įvertinimui ir jų tarpusavio palyginimui atliekami eksperimentai.

At present the question of looking for the optimum technology in digital topographical mapping at scale 1:10000 in Lithuania is decisive. Already the mapping by method of stereoplotting is started. In this method the difficulties in the speed of mapping are arisen because now there are only three very expensive stereophotogrammetric station SD-3000. To gain more work station it is impossible if to evaluate the financial position. For speed up the rate of mapping at scale 1:10000 the production will be increase by using the new method of the interpretation - monoplotting. For this purpose will be used the digital ortophotomosaies. The accuracy of this method is lower than that of the stereploting, but it is enough sufficient to satisfy requirements of mapping at scale 1:10000, when the stereoplotting is purposeful for the area with complicated relief and for the urbanistic area and the monoplotting - for agrarian area. For this purpose it is needed to differentiate all territory of Lithuania to categories of complication. For the accuracy estimation of stereoplotting and monoplotting and for the comparison of these two methods now there are carried out some experiments.
