dc.description.abstract | In production of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) units, after mechanical processing and hardening in autoclaves, the waste of hardened product is unavoidably generated. Till now this waste has no utilization. The investigations within this work showed that the crushed AAC waste, sized from 2.5 mm to 10.0 mm, can perform the function of a lightweight aggregate in development of the composite with density of ≤ 850 kg/m3 and compressive strength up to 4.0 MPa. The matrix of this product is composed of hardened Portland cement and modifying additives (complex additive, CA). It was established that, thank to CA, in the structure of the composite, the AAC granules are coated by a thin layer of cement stone, 50.0 μm thick, and the properties close to those of AAC are ensured. | eng |
dc.description.abstract | Gaminant autoklavinio akytojo betono (AAC) gaminius po mechaninio apdirbimo ir kietinimo autoklave neišvengiamai susidaro sukietėjusio produkto atliekų, kurios iki šiol tinkamai nepanaudojamos. Mūsų tyrimai parodė, kad sutrupintos nuo 2,5 mm iki 10,0 mm stambumo AAC atliekos gali atlikti lengvojo užpildo funkciją kuriant kompozicinę medžiagą, kurios tankis £ 850kg/m3, o gniuždomasis stipris gali siekti iki 4 MPa. Šio gaminio matrica sudaro sukietėjusio portlandcemenčio ir modifikuojančiųjų priedų (kompleksinio priedo − KP) medžiaga. Nustatyta, kad, kompozito struktūroje esant KP, AAC granulės apgaubiamos plonu apie 50 m m storio cemento akmens sluoksniu bei užtikrina savybes, artimas AAC savybėms. | lit |
