Abstract

When the social-economical situation of the country is not favourable, the fact that new blocks of flats (not only typical for new regions but buildings intended to build in the main areas of the city as well) have been still designed and constructed is especially gladdening. One can notice expressive, not boring and not primitive plastic language of the design in the project of the future building in Sakalu Street. The essential idea of the authors can be described as the aim supported by polysemantic bonds to bring together the new building with the physical and spiritual context of Zverynas. It is interesting to wait for the project implementation and believe in its architectural success.
