Abstract

The determination of the purpose of the land does not satisfy the existing market conditions. At present farmers in our country are stimulated to start business, which means not only producing agricultural products but also dealing with processing and selling agricultural production. They are convinced that ecological production in our country is the only way leading to the local and international market. Farmer, remaker, seller plays today only the second part due to modern technologies in agriculture. Therefore it would be reasonable to determine the land purpose according to its cadastrial division which could be presented by the municipality according to general and land utilisation plans. The determination of land purpose according to its cadastrial division would radically change the state−determined price as well as the market price of the land especially in the urbanised territories.
