Thermal effect, the intensity of which depends on the carbon dioxide and methane concentration in the atmosphere, can be decreased by adding organic agricultural waste into heat-insulating and sound-absorbing materials and products. The composition of the investigated materials was the following: inorganic and organic binders, accelerators of hardening, mineral aggregates, special additives. The authors analysed seven systems with different compositions. Compositions containing inorganic and organic binding materials, mineral aggregates, organic fibres can be used for manufacturing heat- and sound-insulating products. The production of such articles is simple and inexpensive.eng
