The recent movements of the Earth's crust are those that took place in a historic period and in our life time. We can directly observe these movements and divide them in to two groups: the first group includes movements, taking place on the surface of lithosphere and the second group comprices movements, depending on the endogenesis process. Tectonic movements of the Earth's crust have deformations that depend on thickness and characteristics of the sedimentary cover or layer. The result of tectonic and neotectonic movements is displayed on the Earth's crust surface. The purpose of this work is verification of efficiency of methods that are needed needfull for identification of the local anomaly of vertical movements of the Earth's crust. In this work we are to make a hypothysis of tectonic background. For experiment we have chosen the northern part of geodynamic poligon of Ignalina's nuclear plant. The measured values of the Earth's crust movements are strongly influenced by measurement errors and random effects that have no relations with the general vertical displacement regularities. Regularities of tectonic movements of the Earth's crust surface should be more related to the block structure of crystal base, while the non-tectonic movements could be connected with anomal characteristics of the Earth's stratam. Then we have to make the adaptive model of the Earth's crust movements.eng
