A review of the Coordinate Systems and Cartographic projections is presented. Recommendations for the State Coordinate System adoption are given. After the establishment of the First Order GPS Network in the new Coordinate System the problem of re-computation from Coordinate System of 1942 to the First Order GPS Network’s System and vise versus and for computation of plane coordinates in the different projections arose. The solution of above mentioned problems by PC IBM is presented. Programs were written in Fortran programming language.eng
