Kartografavimo kokybės įtakos žemės reformai ir rinkai analizė

Abstract

After Lithuanian Independence Restoration, one of the main tasks for the state was to return to Lithuanian citizens the nacionalized property, especially land. Quality of cartographic work and land reform are analysed in this article. Specific features of the latest Lithuanian land reform are described. A fragment of surveying plan and ortophotomap overlap shows a shift between them. Quality of cartographic works influenced term, quality, costs as well as consequences of land reform. Main demand on land market have land parcels located near cities and towns. Contradiction between the interests of owners and surveyors slowed down the course of land reform. A new land account system with indicators of land cadaster needs to be implemented and harmonized with the EU reguirements. The main law for urban land planning is Territorial Planning Law. Implementation of detailed plans allows the investors to understand full perspective of all territory, not only of separate parcels.
