dc.description.abstractThe aim of this paper is to present macroscopic finite element simulations of brittle - to - ductile failure of single edge notch bend (SENB) specimen. The primary brittle - to - ductile transition presents brittle fracture and propagation of central crack, which may be stopped by a ductile inclusion.
