Magnetic and electric excitation modes of helicon magnetoplasmic waves in solid state plasma are investigated. In both cases we have the same dispersion equation for the different boundary conditions. From the dimensional resonant conditions the mobility and density of electrons (or holes) may be found. Theoretical calculations were proved by the experimental investigations for indium antimonide samples. [...].eng
