Abstract

The book serves as the teaching material for students learning the subjects of civil engineering, industrial engineering, engineering architecture. It contains basic terms connected with the specialities mentioned and gives a great variety of grammar exercises consolidating and developing professional and communicative language skills. The edition should be useful for foreign students studying civil engineering at Vilnius Gediminas technical university. Texts are concerned with parts of the building. Supplementary material for home reading provides texts having additional information on the issues studied during classes.
