dc.description.abstract | Using compositions made up of mineral and polymeric binders one can produce effective thermal and acoustical insulating materials. The production of such items is simple and inexpensive. Mineral binders – Portland cement, rapidly hardening cement; polymeric binders – polyvinyl acetate dispersion, carboxymetylcellulose dispersion; mineral filler – sand; celluloses fillers–rye straws and reed items.
