dc.description.abstract | The new type linear piezoelectric motor is introduced in the paper. The principle of motor is based on excitation of longitudinal and flexural oscillations in “shaking beam” actuator. Elliptic trajectory of a contact point movement is achieving by using superposition of two resonance vibrations modes. Based on this principle two dimensional LPM-1 piezomotor and three dimensional LPM-2 piezomotor have been made. Mode - frequency and harmonic response analysis based on FEM have been carried out. The trajectories of contact points movements have been defined. The experimental research of the “shaking beam” type actuator and piezoelectric motor has confirmed an opportunity of the elliptic trajectory generation with the help of one stable mode of the oscillations. | eng |
