dc.description.abstractThe tactile device that is written in this article has been designed for pre-and post-lingually deaf people. The device provides people with the possibility to see pronounced words on display and also to feel it with their tactile sensory organs. Research of different deaf people teaching methodic assimilation efficiency is presented in the article. Primary preparation, background and intelligence determine the choise of teaching methodic. Complexity and content of teaching methodic depend on group to which the deaf person belongs.eng
