dc.description.abstract | This article deals with the forecasting method of construction industry development according to shares ratio of joint-stock companies. This method is adapted for the simulation branch of building industry development in Lithuania. In the article big attention is given to risk evaluation. The indicators of three Lithuanian construction companies „Akmenės cementas“, „Dvarčionių keramika“ and „Lithun“ are analysed. It is concluded that factual market alterations have confirmed the prognosis of construction branch development. | eng |
