Management of enterprise rehabilitation system and its improvement

Abstract

The article deals with the problems of enterprise rehabilitation as a measure to prevent bankruptcy. It analyses the differences in management of rehabilitation procedures in well-developed European countries as well as the experience of other countries in the implementation of bankruptcy prevention systems and management of rehabilitation procedures. The analysis focuses on the problems of bankruptcy and rehabilitation (reorganization, restructuring) in Lithuanian enterprises. The author introduces a systematic approach to the improvement of enterprise rehabilitation management system in Lithuania by implementing the best practises developed in different countries of the world.

Straipsnyje nagrinėjama firmų reabilitacija kaip bankroto išvengimo priemonė, įvairios reabilitacijos procedūros naudojamos Vakarų Europos šalyse bei kitų šalių patyrimas. Šių klausimų analizė tampriai siejama su Lietuvos įmonių bankrotų ir reabilitacijos praktika, nurodomos įmonių atgaivinimo priemonės.
