The main difficulties of steel 10X2M welding with carbon or high-alloyed chromium and a nickel steel is an aptitude to formation crack in welding seam and in zone around a welding seam. Forming the racks is given defects of welding, chilling structures in zone of fusing and saturation of metal of seam by hydrogen. There were organized studies of influence of concentrators of voltages in the manner of defects of welding on possibility of arising the crack. For welding of steels 10X2M and St3 ate using pearlite electrodes in purpose to eliminate the cracks, for the welding of steels 10X2M and 20X23H18 are using austenite electrodes. Here with maximum hardness in zone of using in first event was 390 HV, but in the second event - 230 HV.eng
