dc.description.abstractThe goal of the performed analysis of the state and trends of wood fuel consumption in energetics is to investigate the possibilities of the consumption of the main local and renewable energy source – wood fuel – in energetics. The current status of this sort of fuel, its final consumption expansion in various sectors of economy, its volume and potential resources, the analysis of advantages and defaults in the utilization of wood fuel in energy generating objects are discussed here. The research is made of firewood and wood refuse cost and those factors that influence its range. It is stated that the future of wood fuel consumption is related to huge potential resources in a wood cultivation process and also to the wood conversion refuse. The current situation and problems of the conversion of boiler-houses, that are adjusted to burn wood fuel, are surveyed. The legal basis of promoting wood fuel consumption development, the causes of the disability of accredited legal laws and acts are analysed and general conclusions that aim to improve the situation are drawn.eng
