Pedogeochemical accumulating and paragenetic associations of Ag, B, Ba, Co, Cr, Cu, Mn, Mo, Ni, Pb, Sn, Sr, V and Zn in industrial and motor transport enterprises of the Žirmūnai district in Vilnius were distinguished and compared in the work. It is determined that metal processing plants form on their territories the most intensive multielement pedogeochemical anomalies. Siderophiles Mo, Ni and Co are prevailing in their composition. Their share together with iron-group lithophiles Cr, V and Mn in the total intensity of accumulating association is the greatest one. Additional industrial processes related with galvanics and electrical engineering add Zn and Cu, to a lower extent Sn and Ag, to their contents. The contamination of motor transport enterprises is predetermined by chalkophile elements Pb, Zn, Cu, Sn ir Ag. Litophiles Ba and Sr are often found among them. Different-profile enterprises situated in a close neighbourhood affect and supplement accumulating pedogeochemical associations of one another. An analysis of paragenetic associations enables to reveal differences among them and to find out the emission sources or reasons of their formation. For evaluating the radius of influence of metal processing enterprises on the environment, it is recommended to use a monoelement map of concentration coefficients Kk of Mo or multielement maps of the total contamination with Mo, Ni, Cr, Co and V, while for evaluating the influence of motor transport enterprises corresponding monoelement Pb or multielement Pb and Sn distribution maps should be used.eng
