dc.description.abstractThis paper the proposes the Contextual CAD-Entity based parameterization approach and its application to a structure optimization problem. The approach employs Genetic Algorithms with RNA Editing mechanism, which makes the search for an optimal solution more robust compared to plain Genetic Algorithms. The comparison of the convergence behaviour of the just arisen CAD-entity based parameterization and the proposed Contextual CAD-entity based approach has been given.eng
