Transporto prioritetinės infrastruktūros plėtros strateginis planavimas

Abstract

Monografijoje analizuojami teoriniai transporto infrastruktūros plėtros planavimo principai, daug dėmesio skiriama transporto infrastruktūros prioritetinių elementų, t. y. naujų infrastruktūros grandžių – logistikos centrų ir transporto terminalų kaip verslo priemonių, teikiamą ekonominę naudą Lietuvos valstybei, kartu išryškinant teorines ir metodines trūkstamų tinklo objektų plėtojimo prielaidas. Įvertinamas viešojo ir privataus sektoriaus partnerystės principų taikymas transporto infrastruktūros objektams finansuoti. Monografija skirta transporto, verslo vadybos ir ekonomikos inžinerijos studentams, mokslininkams ir viešojo valdymo institucijų bei verslo organizacijų vadovams, logistikos specialistams.

Over the past few years (before the global financial crisis) there has been observed the rapid development of the Lithuanian economy, which is best reflected by the high percentage of generated domestic product growth, increasing sales of industrial production and rising corporate profitability. This indicates not only the ability of the Lithuanian industry and various business areas to adapt to difficult conditions in the international economic environment, but also achievements in fostering more rapid economic growth stability. Important factors for achieving high growth rates and to ensure the required level of sustainability remain: new technologies, business modernization, the organization of new production processes, opportunities for investors to do the shortest terms and functioning of appropriate transport system. Taking into account all the factors previously mentioned, one of the main Lithuanian transport system priorities can be considered an effective integration into the common European transport system as a unified transport system creates a common area, and ensures the free movement of goods and people. Lithuanian transport system integration into the European transport system is one of the options to attract additional transit traffic, cargo into temporary storage terminals and logistics centres, as well as to form rational transit transport policies and to implement one of the cornerstones of the European Union's internal market principles, that is mutual recognition principle, ensuring the free flow of material and services.
