Human resource and transition processes in the East- and Central European cultural space

Abstract

The main problems of the human resource development and political, economic, social, cultural development in the East - and Central European countries are discussed. Problems and conflicts arising in the situation of the development of the integrual cultural space in Europe are analysed, the processes of transformation are described.
