dc.description.abstract | Straipsnyje aprašyta autorių siūloma verslo partnerių atrankos sistema, leidžianti iš esmės padidinti sprendimų pagrįstumą. Sistemą sudaro penki tarpusavyje susiję komponentai: partnerių paieška, jų įvertinimas, derybos su potencialiais partneriais, sutarčių sudarymas, sutarčių vykdymo monitoringas. Ryšiai tarp komponentų ir visų sistemos uždavinių sprendimas grindžiamas partnerystės objektų ir galimų bei esamų verslo partnerių integruota duomenų baze. Verslo partnerių atranka traktuojama kaip daugiakriterinis alternatyvų rangavimo uždavinys, kuriam spręsti pritaikyta partnerystės objektų panašumo funkcija ir trijų pakopų kriterijų sistema. | lit |
dc.description.abstract | Globalization is perhaps the single most important force at work in contemporary society, business, management and economics. For this reason in today’s high competitive environment it is essential business subjects to focus on their core activities and collaborate with partners to achieve the common objective of meeting the best satisfaction of customer demands. However, the selection of business partners based on accumulated experience can not be effective due to subjective judgment and lack of reliable information. This paper presents a conceptual system which incorporates multiple criteria of decision making into business partners selection process. According to the suggested pattern the partners selection process follows such five phases: searching of partners, evaluation and ranging of candidates to partners, negotiation with potential partners, conclusion of contract, monitoring for fulfilling the contractual obligations. Information technology and integrated database support each of these phases. Control parameters such as a set of primary criteria and its weight form conditions for the adaptation of proposed model to various business and environment conditions, quantitative methods used for calculations of evaluations building the preconditions for objective decision making. | eng |
