In the paper the comparative analysis of dwelling maintenance contractors by applying the methods of game theory is presented. The decision-making methods Wald’s rule and Bayes’s rule for solving different problems with incomplete information are applied in the research. To illustrate the application of the aforementioned methods, we consider the problem of maintenance contractor selection. To compare the performance of various maintenance contractors, the data from 15 dwelling maintenance organizations are used. Contractors are evaluated by a set of criteria characterizing them from various perspectives. The analysis is made taking into account the standpoints of building owners. Experts determine the initial weights of criteria. Multi-criteria analysis of the performance of maintenance contractors allows us to determine the importance of particular contractor characteristics for achieving the aim to meet the needs of different participants of the maintenance process.eng
