Abstract

While evaluating business many difficulties usually appear. It is difficult to estimate the exact value of a company, because knowledge about valued economic branch, market and competitiveness, accounting, financial analysis, real estate evaluation should be held. In Lithuania business valuation theoretical knowledge and practice haven't reached the sufficient level yet, which would satisfy needs of restructuring and creation of the effective business value market. In Lithuania we don't have the statistical databases as in America or Eastern Europe. For valuation of business value discounted cash flow method is proposed, which let's to evaluate risk as well. The particular aim of reseach is to propose a model for parameter forecasting, data processing, and for value and risk management, using probabilities distributions.
