Abstract

Strategy choice and its implementation are among the most important activities of organisation and are crucial to its survival. Strategic solutions should help to reach set goals of organisation, therefore the evaluation of strategic solutions must be concurrent of organisation strategy development. The article proposes strategic management solutions evaluation algorithm. It is suggested to evaluate solutions using complex set of integrated criteria such as compatibility, economical and financial competitiveness and organisational culture. It's suggested to employ the AHP method when taking priority of criteria. In order to enhance quality of the solutions it's suggested to apply quality range where limited values are employed for rejection of alternatives. The evaluation finishes with range of alternatives ranging from the best to the worst depended on the evaluation results.
