Lengvoji pramonė Lietuvos ūkio sistemoje: nauji iššūkiai ir raidos strategija

Abstract

Lengvoji pramonė yra vienas pagrindinių Lietuvos ūkio sektorių, darančių didelę įtaką ir bendrojo vidaus produkto augimo perspektyvoms, ir užimtumui. Dėl šios priežasties lengvosios pramonės konkurencingumo didinimas atsižvelgiant tiek į Lietuvos patekimo į bendrąją Europos Sąjungos ekonominę erdvę, tiek ir reaguojant į bendrąsias globalizacijos aplinkybes yra vertintinas kaip svarbus tolesnio šalies ekonomikos augimo prioritetas. Šia prasme lengvosios pramonės Lietuvoje konkurencingumo didinimo problemų sprendimas yra vertintinas kaip aktuali mokslinių tyrimų kryptis. Lengvosios pramonės raida - esminis šalies ekonominės strategijos prioritetas. Konkurencingumo didinimas reikalauja adekvačių strategijų, parengtinų ir įgyvendintinų ir šalies mastu, ir pačiose lengvosios pramonės įmonėse bei šių įmonių grupėse. Todėl galima teigti, jog Europos Sąjungos ir globalių rinkų sąlygoms adekvačių konkurencingumo didinimo strategijų nebuvimas arba nepakankamas tokiose strategijose numatomų tikslų ir priemonių pagrįstumas pasireiškia kaiprimta praktinė šiuolaikiniam Lietuvos verslui būdinga problema. Siekiant išspręsti šią problemą, turi būti remiamasi moksliniais tyrimais, skirtais lengvosios pramonės Lietuvoje konkurencingumui didinti.

Light industry is one of the main sectors of Lithuanian economy dramatically influencing its GDP growth and employment trends. Subsequently, the enhancement of competitiveness of industry taking into account Lithuania's integration into the common economic space of the European Union and general trends of globalisation can be considered as an important priority for the further growth of the country's economy. From this point, solution of problems related to enhancement ofconux-titiveness in light industry of Lithuania can be seen as a relevant direction for scientific research. Enhancement of competitiveness requires efficient strategies to be developed and implemented both on the country scale and instantly within the enterprises of industry and smaller groups inside them. Absence of enhancement of adequate strategics to the situation of the European Union and global markets and lack of objective or method justification are considered a serious critical issue for the modern business of Lithuania. In order to solve this problem, the scientific research should be initiated to enhance competitiveness of Lithuanian industry. Priorities for strategies designed to enhance competitiveness -clusterisation and export encouragement. The study provides a detailed description of possibilities for creation of the light industry cluster in Lithuania.
