Concentrating on the essence and the purpose of the e-business which it should serve, and it is to faster accomplish customer needs, nowadays e-business can be effectively used in a very few companies. Still, making e-business is the assurance that the company is walking together with new technologies, is innovative and do not fear risk. The paradox of any e-business is that it is critically dependent on e-technologies. The idea itself is simple - customers open the side, choose the goods, pay the money and get them. The most week points in this chain is choosing and paying. Here we encounter a potential risk to loose a customer because of the unexpected problems with the e-business suite or unsecured and not insured money transfer.
