A lot of medical diagnostics problems is related tothe reconstruction of 3D images from the cross sections of the regions of interest. Such reconstructions are very desirable e.g. when numerical characteristics of the observed pathology are necessary for surgical treatment. This talk reviews recent 3D preprocessing work of authors in human brain blood vessels structure recognition and localization of aneurysm [1] as well as analysis of the right ventricular of the human heart [2j. Some interpolation [3] methods and its implementation for reconstruction of reformatting images are introduced.eng
