dc.description.abstractStraipsnyje nagrinėjamos maisto ūkio konkurencingumo nustatymo metodologinės prielaidos ir konkurencingumo įvertinimo reikšmė pagrindžiant Lietuvos valstybės žemės ūkio politiką jos integracijos į ES kontekste. Pateikiamas konkurencingumo sisteminio vertinimo modelis, leidžiantis priimti vadybinius sprendimus remiantis strategine rinkodara, kurios poveikis maisto ūkio konkurencingumui yra itin svarbus. Strateginė rinkodara, viena vertus, yra vienas iš svarbiausių konkurencingumo įvertinimo instrumentų, kita vertus, ja vadovaujantis galima parengti tikslesnius konkurencingumo įvertinimo normatyvus ir jais remiantis formuoti pagrįstesnes žemės ūkio krypties strategijas. Parengtas konkurencingumo sisteminio vertinimo modelis gali būti taikomas ne tik bet kurios šalies maisto, bet ir kitų ūkio šakų ar net viso ūkio plėtros konkurencingumui įvertinti.lit
dc.description.abstractThe article deals with changes in the environment of a national state economical policy (its strategic dimensions) and main challenges to it. The State has to formulate and implement a consolidated economical policy, which responds to the pressure and opportunities delivered by aggressive and dynamic external environment. Crucial role is to be played by principles and measures of strategic management. The main task is to establish an effective chain of strategic management comprising state, research and development and competitive clusters, and to guarantee proper conditions for the inclusion of local clusters into global production, distribution and R & D networks. The term „competitiveness“ is frequently used in discussions of performance at the level of state, or at the level of enterprise. The questions of competitiveness of products in ordinary sector are researched undersold. The article proposes concrete formulae for evaluation of competitiveness in consideration of market initiate, market master intensity and investment change. The material may be used for consideration of investments programs and determination of the main priorities for state budget distribution.eng
