| lit |
dc.description.abstract | The investigation objective is hard layers welded by arc coating experimental electrodes. The resistance to abrasive wear of welded layers has bar experimentally tested and their chemical composition, hardness have been determined. The layers composition is determined by harmonic analyzer. Tl wear resistance has been measured according to the standard ASTM G65 with a rubber coated wheel forming a pressure of abrasive particles on a» surface. Wear resistance of these alloys increases with an increase in carbides amount and hardness and also in ductile base strength. The boron micrc-alloyed steel Lubor 044 (47±l,0HRC) was the standard. Wear resistance of hard layers welded with low carbon (0,43...0,58%) and chromica (7,41... 11,4%) content was lower than that of boron micro-alloyed steel. Research results the welding with these layers reduces wear intensity up i: 2,8...5,7 times. T-590 electrodes substantially reduce abrasive wear. | eng |
