dc.description.abstractNorint sumazinti pacientu gaunamas dozes ir gauti didesn[ reikiamos kokybes rentgenografmiu nuotrauku/vaizdu skaiciu, esant tai paciai ekspozicijos trukmei, reikia projektuoti dvilustes skaitmenines diagnostines sistemas (DSDS) su kuo mazesniu jutiklio vaizdo elementu (55x55 urn2) ir triuksmu lygiu iki 150-200 e. ISanalizuotos dvi DSDS sistemu grupes: CCD sistemos ir aktyviniai taskiniai detektoriai (ATJ), pagrindiniai Sill sistemu parametrai, trukumai ir privalumai. Detaliai nagrinejamos ATJ sistemu, sukurtu ir pagamintu. KMOP ir MESFET technologijomis, detektavimo principai, architektura ir raidos ypatybes. dc.description.abstractThe ionizing-radiation dose to the patient is justified by the clinical benefit of the examination. X-rays have several negative influences on the body, but the main concern is the increased risk of developing cancer. On purpose minimizing of radiation dose, receiving better quality and more quantity of X-ray films/images, when same exposure time, the design two-chip digitals diagnostics systems must be with 55x55 um2 detector pixel size and noise level to 150-200 e. This work is a review and deepening contemporary discussed two-chip digitals diagnostic systems for mammo- and dentography with active-pixel detectors (APD). The issue reviews on physical principles of operation and design of the APD developed on the basis of the CMOS, MESFET-technology. Key-parameters of APD and CCD-based sensors are compared. Advantages and drawbacks of APD are shown. With the results presented, we demonstrate that our charge sensitive amplifiers can be used for mammography and dentography systems. 111. 3, bibl. 12 (in Lithuanian; summary in Lithuanian, English and Russian).eng
