dc.description.abstractThe comparison of the results of two research works, which have been carried out by authors, is presented in this paper. The special emphasis is made on the changed economical conditions after join in EU. The first research have been fulfilled in 2003 year, before join in EU. For this purpose the questionnaire was prepared. The main objective of the research was to analyze the opinions of students about E-Learning Master’s Degree Studies Outputs at Civil Engineering Faculty at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University. The second research have been fulfilled in 2006 year, after join in EU. The comparison of the results of two research works was made based on basic indexes, which shows the level of economics. The main purpose of the comparison was to show the differences of student’s opinion and the development of E-learning at Civil Engineering Faculty at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University.eng
