dc.description.abstractThe structure of an action plan for implementing institution's strategic decisions arose a necessity to identify two-level (tasks and activities) objectives for drawing the plan up and a specific sequence of objective fulfillment in an analyzed complex. The specifics of each level was evaluated in the recommendations on improvement of the planning of the implementation of strategic decisions based on the analysis of the results of progressive experience. Empiric research of the application of the proposed methods indicated that the methods allow the following possibilities: generating action plan alternatives, defining the evaluation criteria of alternatives and forming a combination of criteria, analyzing and evaluating the action plan alternatives, choosing the best alternative for achieving the goals set.eng
