Profesinio konsultavimo paslaugų plėtra Lietuvoje ir jos problemos

Abstract

Darbo tikslas – išnagrinëti potencialių profesinio konsultavimo paslaugų vartotojų nuomonę apie profesinio konsultavimo paslaugų poreikį šalyje, problemas ir pateikti pasiūlymų dėl profesinio konsultavimo paslaugų plėtros Lietuvoje. Straipsnyje pateikiami svarbiausi profesinio konsultavimo paslaugų vartotojų tyrimo, atlikto 2006 m. rugpjūčio – spalio mėn. Lietuvoje, rezultatai. Profesinio konsultavimo paslaugos yra ypač svarbios šalies gyventojams, kadangi nuo jų kokybės ir organizavimo efektyvumo didele dalimi priklauso gyventojų užimtumo galimybės, pasitenkinimas profesine veikla, t. y. veiksniai, kurie ypač veikia bendrą asmens gyvenimo kokybę, savijautą ir saugumą. Lietuvoje atliktas potencialių profesinio konsultavimo paslaugų vartotojų tyrimas parodė, jog profesinio konsultavimo paslaugos yra reikalingos šalies gyventojams, tačiau trūksta informacijos apie šias paslaugas teikiančias institucijas, jų naudą ir svarbą planuojant profesinę karjerą ir integruojantis į darbo rinką. Tyrimo duomenimis, apie tai, kur kreiptis dėl profesinio konsultavimo paslaugų, žino vos trečdalis bendrojo lavinimo mokyklų 9–12 klasių mokinių, kuriems profesijos pasirinkimo problema yra ypač aktuali, baigiant bendrojo lavinimo mokyklą ir renkantis tolesnes studijas. Tyrimo duomenimis, mažas gyventojų informuotumas apie profesinio konsultavimo paslaugas yra vienas svarbiausių profesinio konsultavimo paslaugų plėtrą šalyje stabdančių veiksnių. Siekiant padidinti profesinio konsultavimo paslaugų efektyvumą ir skatinti jų plėtrą, vienas pirmųjų uždavinių turėtų būti informacijos apie šias paslaugas ir jų svarbą šalies gyventojams teikimas.

The aim of the article – to analyse the opinion of the consumers of vocational consulting services about the problems and development of vocational consulting services in Lithuania. The article provides the main results of the survey, carried out in Lithuania in 2006. Nine groups of the respondents participated in the survey: the unemployed, the employed, employers, students of vocational and higher schools as well as universities, schoolchildren, etc. Some 3006 respondents were questioned in the survey. The results of the survey showed high demand for vocational consulting services in Lithuania. These services are particularly important for unemployed people and the students of vocational schools. The survey also highlighted the shortage of information on vocational consulting institutions and the possibilities to receive these services as well as on the importance of the services for the carreer development. Only one third of the schoolchildren of 9 – 12th classes were aware of further information on vocational consulting services in Lithuania. The survey data showed that providing more information on vocational consulting services for Lithuanian people is one of the underlying tasks for the development of vocational consulting system in Lithuania.
