dc.description.abstract | Most of optical-electronic measuring instruments consist, among the other elements, of the circular scales as a reference measure for angle determination. Accuracy of the instrument ifself depends mostly on the accuracy of the instrument itself depends mostly on the accuracy of this angle standard of measure. Raster circular scales are used in the rotary encoders and automated control instruments, robotics and automated machines. Metrology of the circular scales including the raster scales has some specific features that are not very widely discussed in technical and scientific literature. Here we present a review and some advanced methods and means used in the circular scales metrology. | eng |

Kampų matuoklių skiriamoji geba daugeliu atveju priklauso nuo kampo mato. Posūkio keitikliuose (enkoderiuose) ir robotų technikoje plačiai naudojamos rastrinės apskritosios skalės. Šioje publikacijoje pristatomi ir analizuojami kompleksiniai metodai ir priemonės, kurios naudojamos apskritųjų skalių metrologijoje. | lit |
