dc.description.abstract2. Results ot analysis or change management theories detected that all possible met hodologies should be involved in business change management tasks, solving rapid chan ges of environment caused by ICT development challenges. The progressive methodo logies and models of empirical and system theories should be used, attention should be paid for to good ICT implementation practice cases. Analysis leads to conclusion, that in earlier described circumstances the traditional „step by step" methods of business ma nagement are not efficient enough, so more drastic ICT caused business change mana gement methodology is needed. Reengineering is one of the most relevant solutions in this case. For ensuring minimal risk of implementation of innovations - ICT changes-the project management methods are recommended. For shortening the project implementation time, the good practice cases analysis recommended, that leads to shortening of the period of changes implementation. 3. After the good ICT practice knowledge bases analysis the most acceptable one was detected. The further research was made using BEEP knowledge base data. ICT projects were classified and good practice cases search rules were created. Three main dimensions were extracted: market coverage, ICT users and project objectives. Six paradigms, which join common parameters ICT practice cases. 4. The change, related to ICT development, management model was proposed. The model joins management theory and practice, enables to improve competitive advantage, shortens the ICT projects implementation cycle and risk management. There are two alternative searches of change management solutions mechanisms: when organization seeks for idea of ICT project and when organization seeks for better way of implementation of ICT project. The evaluation and scoring of alternative projects model is foreseen.eng
