Organizational culture can be used as a management tool of enterprise success. So, it's important to understand this phenomena correctly. There were analyzed different views about it in this article and concluded that if you want to describe culture, assumptions will disclose the essence of it, but if you want to evaluate it, the main thing is behavior. Such view is a positivistic approach, which shows that the culture is defined basing on its influence on different individuals. It is also noted that organization can have internal and external cultures. This is a new standpoint, which supplements an existing theory.
