Abstract

This issue presents the results of only one year activities. This year was highlighted by the anniversary meeting of “scientific triangle” were we discussed the overall results of many years of cooperation. We really happy that cooperation is resulted with new published scientific books, more than four hundred articles published in scientific journals, several new professors defended a habilitation or passed habilitation procedure, many doctoral students defended doctoral dissertations in field of civil engineering, several Top cited and Hot articles in mathematics, engineering and business fields, etc., and hope our further endeavor will rise up us to more impressive results. We invite all members of EWG-ORSDCE to disseminate actively their researches and participate in next EURO XXV “OR – Connecting Sciences”, which will held on July 8-11, 2012 in Vilnius, Lithuania and of course in colloquium, which will held on May 15, 2013 in Vilnius, Lithuania.
