dc.description.abstractWith increasing of welding speed up to 0.16m/min, the weld reinforcement decreases instantly. On another hand, because of exceeding this welding speed - the weld reinforcement gets stabilize. During the process of facing the quantity of melting metal must be small. When welding speed is equal 0.16 m/min, the dependence of weld penetration has reached of maximum(value points). Such results are often appropriate to "Innershield" NR-211MP (Æ1.7; 2.0 mm), NR-311 (Æ2.0 mm) and NR-400 (Æ2.0 mm) wires. Using NR-211MP (Æ1.2 mm), the decreasing of welding speed the weld penetration have an augmentation. In the time of research the geometry parameters of welds were reached, which are necessary for facing. The best process of facing, in which the grade is NR-311, Æ 2.0mm of "Innershield" wire and such parameters of process are I=85A, U=20 V, V=0.085m/min. The contact angle is equal to 980. The overlaping factor is small. The following conclusions were done: 1.The new welding process "Innershield" was used for the surface deposit. The process is characterized as having the high productivity and deposition rates, easy penetration control and good deposit quality. 2.The surfacing by "Innershield" type NR-211MP, NR-311 and NR-400 wires can be used in the repair procedures and surface restoration.eng
dc.description.abstractTirtas anglinių plienų apvirinimas miltelinėmis, savisaugėmis “Innershield” tipo vielomis. Įvertinta geometrinių charakteristikų: siūlės ir terminio poveikio zonos skerspjūvio ploto, rumbelės pločio, rumbelės aukščio ir siūlės įvirinimo gylio priklausomybė nuo apvirinimo režimo parametrų (U, I, V,Æ ). Tyrimų metu buvo gautos rumbelės su suvilginimo kampu, artimu 90° (iki 98° ), todėl rumbelių perdengimo koeficientas mažas. Didelis rumbelių aukštis ir mažas pralydymo gylis, taip pat didelis proceso našumas, dideli apvirinimo greičiai ir gera apvirinto sluoksnio kokybė rodo procesą esant tinkamą taikyti apvirinimui (paviršiniam restauravimui, remonto darbams ir t.t.).lit
