Abstract

Aukštosios mokyklos siūlo didelį spektrą specialybių, tačiau ne visos jos yra populiarios tarp stojančiųjų. Lietuvos rinkai šiai dienai yra paruošta pakankamai socialinių mokslų specialistų, tačiau jaučiamas trūkumas technologinių mokslų specialistų. Tokia tendencija vyrauja todėl, kad stojantieji renkasi dažniausiai lengvesnes studijas socialiniuose moksluose. Per daugelį metų, automobilių techninio eksploatavimo, kaip technologinių mokslų srities, specialistų parengta nemažai, tačiau jų poreikis per visą tą laikotarpį nei kiek nesumažėjo. Todėl yra labai svarbu žiūrėti kaip šios srities absolventų gebėjimų ugdymas aukštosiose mokyklose koreliuoja su įgytų gebėjimų praktiniu pritaikomumu bei karjeros perspektyvomis. Šiame straipsnyje bus analizuojami tyrimo rezultatai, kaip automobilių techninio eksploatavimo absolventai vertina aukštojoje mokykloje įgytas žinias ir gebėjimus užtikrinančias konkurencingumą ir karjeros perspektyvas.

The High School offers a wide range of specialties, but not all of them are popular among applicants. For Lithuanian market is enough social scientists specialists, but there is a lack of technological sciences specialists. This trend prevails because applicants usually prefer easier studies in the social sciences. Over many years there are lot of graduates of automobile technical exploitation, but they need throughout the period, has not much diminished. It is very important to see how the skills of graduates in the field of higher education are correlated with the practical application of acquired skills and career prospects. In this article will be analyzed the results of research, how graduates of automobile technical exploitation assess in the higher school gained knowledge and skills which en sure the competitiveness and career prospects.
