Abstract

Logistikos ir transporto versle naudojama nemažai materialinių srautų valdymo, ypač prekių bei krovinių judėjimo, ir prekybinės veiklos organizacinių procesų. Siekdami juos palengvinti verslininkai naudojasi įvairiausiomis informacinėmis sistemomis, kurios leidžia įmonėms atlikti lengvesnę apskaitą, vykdyti kontrolę bei planavimą, įskaitant optimalaus krovinių srauto organizavimą, transportavimo, sandėliavimo ir kitų materialinių ir nematerialinių operacijų valdymą nuo žaliavų ir medžiagų įsigijimo iki pristatymo gamybos įmonei. Nė viena aukštoji mokykla negali įsigyti visų mokymui reikalingų programų paketų vienu metu ir parodyti studentams jų naudojimo skirtumų, todėl tik atlikę praktiką ir įsidarbinę įmonėje studentai gali įgyti didesnės minėtų naujausių informacinių technologijų naudojimo patirties ir įgūdžių. Galima teigti, kad transporto ir logistikos specialistai kompetencijų transformacijos eroje ir informacinių technologijų amžiuje susiduria su informacijos srautais ir turi neatsilikti nuo rinkos keliamų reikalavimų. A variety of different material flow management organizational processes, in particular of goods, of freight, and of trading activity, are used in the business of logistics and transportation. To facilitate these processes, business uses different information systems which make accounting easier, perform control and planning, as well as optimise organisation of freight flow, of transportation, of warehousing and of other material and nonmaterial operation management from the acquisition of raw materials to their delivery to the producing company. None of higher education schools are able to acquire all software packages needed for studies at once and none of them can demonstrate the difference between them, therefore students can acquire more significant skills and gain experience needed in the age of cutting edge technologies only after they undergo practice or are employed in an eterprise. Consequently, transportation and logistics specialists are faced with information flow and have to meet the increasing requirements of the market in the era of competence transformation and age of information technologies. This article analyses theoretical insights into competence transformations of the professionals in transport and logistics business in agee of information technologies.
