Įvadas į aplinkos taršos prevenciją

Abstract

Mokomojoje knygoje nagrinėjama aplinkos kokybės bei antropogeninės taršos problematika. Apibūdinama nauja integruotos taršos prevencijos ir kontrolės samprata, jos atsiradimo istorija. Pateikiamos apibendrintos teisinės, administracinės, ekonominės, vadybos bei inžinerinės priemonės ir būdai siekiant užtikrinti tinkamą aplinkos apsaugos kokybę ir sumažinti neigiamą įmonių poveikį aplinkai. Mokomoji knyga skirta aplinkos apsaugos inžinerijos specialybės bakalaurams, magistrantams, aplinkos inžinerijos įmonių sričių darbuotojams, valstybinių aplinkos apsaugos organizacijų specialistams. Leidiniu taip pat galės naudotis ir kitų specialybių studentai bei tos įmonės, kurios savo organizacijos veikloje daugiau ar mažiau dėmesio skiria aplinkos apsaugai.

The book is addressed to the first step of Environmental Engineering program module “Pollution Preventions”, which is taught in the first stage of part-time and full-time students. Educational book will be used by about 120 environmental engineering degree program students. This book contains materials of the quality of the environment and anthropogenic pollution problems, describes new integrated pollution prevention and control concept, its legislative history, some summarized legal, administrative, economic, management, and engineering tools and techniques to ensure proper environmental quality through pollution prevention. The exclusive feature of this book is the material for the new field of environmental protection – environmental pollution prevention, implementation of new methods, techniques and tools that have not yet been summarized over in a single book.
