Valstybinių parkų kraštovaizdžio architektūros vystymo analizė

Abstract

Kraštovaizdį suprantame kaip gamtos ir žmogaus veiklos rezultatą. Šis rezultatas nėra baigtinis. Jis priklauso nuo gamtinės ar urbanistinės aplinkos vyravimo kraštovaizdyje, kiekvieno kraštovaizdžio komponento įtakos tyrimo tikslo atžvilgiu. Šios sąveikos rezultatai lemia kraštovaizdžio architektūros kūrimo principų pagrindimą, naudojant mokslinius tyrimo metodus. Lietuvos valstybinių parkų kraštovaizdžio architektūros vystymo sprendimai verčia ieškoti priemonių, kaip planuoti pripažintas saugotinomis Lietuvos kraštovaizdžio vertybes, kaip pagerinti šių teritorijų lankymą, pažinimą, gyvenančiųjų šiose teritorijose aplinkos kokybę. Straipsnyje pateikiama Žemaitijos NP, Kuršių nerijos NP, Pajūrio RP ir Nemuno deltos RP kraštovaizdžio analizė vertingųjų savybių kontekste, atlikta kraštovaizdį lemiančių faktorių ir veiksnių analizė, aptariama kultūros paveldo, architektūros, gamtinių, aplinkos ekologijos ir kitų faktorių ir kriterijų įtaka valstybinių parkų kraštovaizdžiui. Straipsnyje nagrinėjamos galimybės nuosekliai formuoti kraštovaizdžio architektūros vystymą, atsižvelgiant į kraštovaizdžio politikos krypčių - užtikrinti kraštovaizdžio apsaugą, naudojimą, tvarkymą, planavimą ir krašto saviraiškos bruožus, nuostatas.

State parks In Lithuania are established in the most valuable natural and cultural areas of Lithuania. This process is designed to preserve the natural and cultural heritage, to ensure that in these areas a person will rest and become more familiar with the territory of Lithuania. The growing need for people to live in the most beautiful areas of Lithuania has created a conflict between the goals of the state park implementation and the consumer's attitude towards the surrounding environment. To this end, it was decided to create the conditions for the existence of all forms of landscape, elements and activities in the landscape structure by developing the concept of landscape development. Exceptional ethnographic expressiveness of state parks and harmony of urban and natural structures enrich and enhance the development of landscape architecture in harmony, i.e. makes it possible to coexist. The development of landscape architecture depends on the knowledge and analysis of the landscape, the assessment and trends for development in this analysis, the assessment and implementation of landscape elements phase and research of stakeholders. The Government of the Republic of Lithuania takes care of the preservation of the already established areas of value as well, and also has approved the Outline of Landscape Policies, which establishes that one of the protected landscape areas is to ensure the protection, use, management, planning, and features of the landscape of Lithuania (Kraštovaizdžio..., 2004).
